Besides the design and installation of communications systems, Hello Alert’s employees provide services including project management, consulting, and training. Hello Alert’s employees strive to provide the best equipment, installed with the greatest precision and care.
In 2011, Hello Alert partnered with Transmit Plus Inc in order to aid in the development and deployment of a massive, Island-wide emergency services interoperability communications network. This network will stretch from Manhattan to Montauk, and provide a common means of communication for participating agencies. Since most of the emergency service providers are separate entities and utilize disparate communications system, the goal of the interoperability project is to give participating agencies simple and reliable communications capabilities in the case of a multi-agency incident.
